  • Distribute malware or other harmful content (including links to it).
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
  • Share content that is illegal to possess or distribute in your jurisdiction (for example, child sexual abuse material).
  • Buy, sell, or facilitate the sale of illegal goods or services through the service.
  • Attack, probe, or disrupt networks, systems, or accounts you do not own or have permission to access.
  • Bypass limits or protections, or use the service in a way that harms our infrastructure or other users.

3. Enforcement

If we believe an account is being used for abuse or violates these Terms, we may limit, suspend, or terminate the account without notice. We may remove related data where appropriate.

4. Paid upgrades and crypto payments

  • Some features require a paid upgrade.
  • Crypto transactions are irreversible. All payments are final unless required by law.
  • To operate the service and resolve payment issues, we may store transaction details (such as transaction ID, amount, timestamp, and related internal records) indefinitely.

5. Account deletion

Account deletion is only available to upgraded users.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Privacy.Email available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
