Reporting Abuse

We operate an anonymous email service for people who value privacy. We are not a hub for crime and we take abuse seriously. We review every abuse report and take action when we can verify a violation of our terms.

To report abuse, please open a support ticket. We do not accept abuse reports by email. Reports sent through any other contact method will be ignored.

Response times depend on report volume. In most cases we reply within 48 to 72 hours.

If it is urgent

If your report involves immediate harm, threats, extortion, or a potential risk to life, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services. After that, you can still open a support ticket so we can take action on our service.

What we can do

Our enforcement actions are limited to our service. In most cases, this means we can suspend or terminate an email account associated with abuse.

Data we do and do not have

We operate with minimal data collection. We do not log user IP addresses and we do not maintain identity profiles.

The only account information we store is the account creation date, last login date, and a bcrypt password hash.

We do not store plain text passwords. We cannot provide additional user data beyond what is listed here.

Other providers

Third parties such as our domain registrar, DNS provider, or hosting providers cannot process abuse reports on our behalf and contacting them will not speed up a response. Please open a support ticket instead.

Law enforcement requests

The only supported channel for official requests is the Support Portal. Please open a support ticket and include any relevant reference information.
